I know you're aware of these things from Skype, but I thought I'd put them here for reference.
Redmine:a) We'll need to have Redmine setup asap as that's quite an important feature to help us make good progress and keep a log of everything
We'll also need to invite the core members to it and start a basic wiki DONE
Website:b) We'll need a new 'New member' forum category on the website's forum
c) An HTML badge that we can use on signatures and other sites like Moddb for donations would be great and I think the donations box should be on the home page to make it more obvious
d) Make people aware of our copyright situation on the site and add a disclaimer. More info in the posts on this thread:

The form can then be sent to:
f) a shared email address DONE
OR
g) A shared inbox (that allows users to see other peoples' full conversations and replies) regarding recruitment would be really useful GOOGLE GROUPS CHOSEN
